Make your message useful
For a tool issue, include the tool name, your browser, what you expected, and what happened. A short reproducible example is more useful than a full play history. For a coordinate issue, describe rows from top to bottom and columns from left to right, starting at 1.
Keep private details out
Do not include a game account login, password, payment information, or authentication token. The contact form does not attach any board or result from the tools.
What happens next?
On the installed website, your submitted email address and message are sent to the site operator’s configured mailbox through WordPress mail. Your name is optional. Delivery depends on the host’s mail setup, and a response time is not guaranteed. The plugin does not create a database record of your message; mail systems may retain it.
Read the Privacy Policy for contact handling. For account recovery, purchases, or problems inside the game, use the developer’s own support channel instead.
